Summer has officially begun. Now where to start...exercise, eating better, routine, losing weight...etc. I have put on some extra pounds in the last two years but, this is the best I have felt about myself in years! I know that it is going to be a challenge to take off the weight...but I know it needs to be done. If anyone has some helpful ideas in weight management, please let me know!
